S.S Thistlegorm
Diving the S.S Thistlegorm is generally on every divers ‘must dive’ list when they come on holiday to Sharm El sheikh. With this in mind it is important to have a dive guide who knows every nook and feature so you do not miss anything. Our experienced Blue World dive guides have this expert knowledge and will make sure you have a safe and enjoyable dive.
This British built ship was bombed and subsequently sank overnight on 6th Oct 1941. One of the most impressive aspects of this dive is the amount of cargo still stacked on and below her decks. It is very important to continue the conservation of this amazing time capsule and therefore strict rules are in place that no items are removed. Hundreds of divers have dived her before and we want your experience to be the same as theirs.
The S.S Thistlegorm day includes two dives; one orientation dive and one penetration dive, with an optional third dive on the way back. This is a memorable dive and is highly recommended. S.S Thistlegorm full day dive is included in the daily diving package and has a supplementary charge.
